FULL WEDDING PLANNING
YOUR ALL INCLUSIVE SERVICE FROM MKONO. WE WILL BE THERE FROM START TO FINISH.
This service includes :
-Initial meeting in person
-All other meetings required via zoom or call
-1 Site visit to your wedding venue once selected
-On the day coordination
We work closely with our event partners to deliver your vision within your budget. This service includes onthe day delivery ensuring everything runs smoothly.We deal with all the partners directly and manage all payments on behalf of you, our client. We provide and update your full wedding budget keeping track of all transactions. It will be our responsibility to ensure all partners are fully briefed before the wedding day and a full function sheet is agreed and signed.
Mkono will coordinate your wedding from the time the first supplier is due to arrive the morning of your wedding day until all wedding formalities have been taken care of (usually around 10 & 11 pm). We then hand over to the venue manager who will oversee the final party and closing.
Arrangements for clear down of the venue and collections of hired goods will be confirmed with the timeline.
Excludes :
– All additional in person meetings will be charged at R150 each and will be added to the final invoice.
– Additional site visits will incur a transport fee.
– Should we be required to do any pick-ups and deliveries for a mock table set-up, a R250 transport cost will be charged (in lieu of the R150 extra meeting cost).
– Accommodation for the evening
– Additional hours past 11pm will be charged R250 per hour
ON THE DAY COORDINATION
YOUR WEDDING DAY PARTNER. ALLOWING YOU TO RELAX AND ENJOY YOUR DAY.
This service includes :
-Initial meeting in person at your wedding venue 1 month prior to your wedding day
-All other meetings required via zoom or call
-On the day coordination
Working alongside you, we will set up a full function sheet for the day for all suppliers to agree and sign for the day. The final function sheet will be distributed no later than 5 days before your wedding day.
Mkono will coordinate your wedding from the time the first supplier is due to arrive the morning of your wedding day until all wedding formalities have been taken care of (usually around 10 & 11 pm). We then hand over to the venue manager who will oversee the final party and closing.

– Sourcing of any suppliers on your behalf

ELOPEMENTS AND MICRO WEDDINGS

This service includes :
-Elopements and weddings up to 20 people
-Initial meeting in person
-All other meetings required via zoom or call
-1 Site visit to your wedding venue once selected

HOW TO BOOK OUR SERVICES
LETS CREATE YOUR PERFECT DAY TOGETHER
We would love to work with you so let’s get the ball rolling. There are a couple things you need to know first.
– We require a 50% booking fee on your chosen package
– A signed contract will be required
– Accommodation for the night will be required. Due to the potential for road traffic accidents and crime, we ask for accommodation to be provided on the night of the wedding.
– The balance of the fee will be required 2 weeks prior to your wedding date
– The final invoice will reflect the remaining 50% as well as any additional charges for meetings and mockups
